This page describes only the security measures we have checked are in place. It will grow as more are verified. We do not hold security certifications.

Protecting your workspace

Facebook and Instagram access

  • You connect a Page or account through Meta’s own login screen. Get Assist never asks for your Facebook or Instagram password.
  • You choose which Pages or accounts to connect, and can disconnect them at any time.
  • Removing Get Assist in your Facebook or Instagram settings revokes its access, even if you cannot sign in to Get Assist.

AI providers

Each workspace chooses its own AI provider and model. Message content is sent to that provider only when the workspace turns on AI features. See our AI transparency page.

This website (getassist.pro)

  • No cookies, analytics or third-party scripts.
  • A strict content security policy that only allows files from getassist.pro itself, and blocks the site from being framed by other sites.
  • No forms and no sign-in, so the website itself collects no personal data.

Reporting a security issue

If you find a security problem in Get Assist, email support@getassist.pro with the subject “Security”. Please give us a chance to fix it before telling others, and do not access data that is not yours.
