Subprocessors are service providers that process personal data on our behalf so we can run Get Assist. This page lists them. How we use personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Current subprocessors

Independent platforms

Some services that handle conversation data are not our subprocessors. They are independent platforms that a business chooses to use, and their own terms and privacy policies apply:

Meta carries Messenger and Instagram messages between a business and its customers.
AI providers chosen by a workspace. Each workspace selects and configures its own AI provider and model, so the provider depends on that workspace’s settings.

Changes to this list

We update this page when we add or replace a subprocessor. Questions about this list can be sent to privacy@getassist.pro.
